## Description
Job Purpose This employee will provide technical guidance on the airframe, avionics, and power plant systems / subsystems to the site field service representatives. Directing and assisting in the resolution of unusual field problems. Troubleshooting assistance to include the interpretation of technical data and its' proper use. Troubleshooting and instruction in the use of specialized support/test equipment for the aircraft. Directs and ensures compliance with the USG Discrepancy Reporting (DR) system. Compiles, analyzes, and reports data to ensure compliance with program requirements. Ensures data integrity for major TBO items in the current ERP system and projects, tracks, and reports major TBO items for scheduling and financial purposes. Duties and Responsibilities
Providing instructions, assistance, and evaluations of equipment and system problems of T-1A airframe, avionics, and power plant systems or related subsystems.
Interfaces directly with USG/AETC program management team on technical issues.
Produces detailed statements of work for aircraft repairs and/or modifications.
Provides scheduling and tracking of major TBO components.
Interfaces with customer, maintenance personnel, and vendors on a regular basis.
Responsible for completing and submitting 18 Government reports per PWS.
Reviews performance and conducts evaluations for site FSR personnel as required.
Coordinates USG discrepancy reporting requirements and submittals.
Reviews and approves all site submittals on over and above material actions.
Provides data and technical analysis on program material usage
Provides inputs to the USG on technical manual updates.
Reviews and coordinates TCTO actions and implementation.
Reviews and updates corporate and program policies and procedures as required
Performs site audits as required
Interprets aircraft blueprints to assist in troubleshooting and research Key Performance Indicators

## Qualifications
Work Experience
10 years with technical experience on the T-1A aircraft or commercial equivalent.
Must have demonstrated leadership, people management and development skills.
Possess strong oral, written, and presentation communications style and skills.
Possess strong customer relationship skills.
Familiar with Process Based Management, business process development and continuous improvement methods.
Must have prior technical management experience for military or DoD programs.
Experience working with AETC customer is highly desirable Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a standard four year college or a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical management within aviation maintenance, supply, and quality assurance environments. Knowledge and skills
Possess knowledge of aircraft/aviation maintenance, modification, and related planning and execution.
Experience with DOD customer base highly desirable. Air Force, Navy, Army, Marines.
Detailed knowledge of US Government acquisition practices to include international regulations.
Knowledge of aircraft subsystems and components used for modification, upgrade, sustainment
Possess knowledge of SAP
FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required
Aircraft technical manuals and blueprint interpretation to include drawings/specs/schematics. Position Competencies Required
Proficient in MS Office suite to include MS Word, Power Point, Excel and MS Project.
Must be able to obtain DoD Security Clearance (Secret Level) General

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
