- Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring efficiency and productivity - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects - Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards - Develop and implement production schedules and prioritize tasks accordingly - Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process - Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and waste - Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to assemble and fabricate products - Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools - Familiarity with operating forklifts and other material handling equipment - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Note:
