We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/ billing specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Filing insurance claims and account collections.
-Enter accurate information into dental management software.
Skills:
-Basic dental knowledge of procedures and nomenclature - Experience with file management and record keeping - Knowledge of Dentrix dental software a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Strong calendar management skills - Familiarity with phone systems - Previous experience in a dental office setting is advantageous - Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently - Capable of office organization and project coordination Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist to be part of a dynamic work environment where your skills will be valued and developed.
