Responsibilities:
Obtaining patient records and coordinating daily patient tasks and filing patient documents in chart.
Using computer applications; Word, Excel etc.
Answering telephones, scheduling facility appointments Greeting visitors Updating, scanning and filing patient medical records Have a working knowledge of coding for insurance purposes.
Handling correspondence, billing, and bookkeeping, stocking supplies Work directly with the Director who is anxious to grow and improve Prove your ability to manage multiple communication points throughout the day Job Type:
