Requirements Customer Interaction:
Assistant Managers are expected to lead all Team Members and Team Leaders in providing excellent customer service.
As store management, they will also be responsible for handling customer complaints when the GM is not available.
Cleanliness:
Cleanliness, organization, and well-stocked merchandise are critical to the store's success, and the Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring the brand standards are being met in all aspects of the store.
Cultural Development:
As an Assistant Manager, you will be crucial to the development of each Team Member and Team Leader.
You will work in conjunction with the GM to implement training programs and be expected to model Core Values to all other personnel.
Vendor Relations:
Assistant Managers will be responsible for helping ensure that all manual orders are completed and submitted accurately, assisting with vendor check-in, and overseeing invoice management as needed.
Recommended Skills Customer Service Merchandising Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
