Responsibilities include:
Accounts payable processing for multiple entities Weekly vendor payments Vendor statement reconciliations Reconciles insurance and other benefit billing monthly Special projects as assigned Assist Accounts Payable Manager and Director of Accounting as needed Rents Receivables Assisting with facilities management Other office and administrative duties as required Required:
2 years experience in Accounting or Book Keeping Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word & Outlook Experience with cloud-based or similar accounting systems High school or equivalent education Preferred:
Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field 2 years experience in Retail Accounts Payable with multiple entities/companies Experience in a paperless environment is a plus Pay:
Hourly compensation rate depends upon experience - $14- $16 hourly minimum starting rate Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
